中市治安被批差 胡志強：設評比指標

內政部月初公布各縣市治安滿意度，台中市成績吊車尾，引起台中市長胡志強不滿；胡志強昨在市政會議上，建議中央可設置類似「財政鐘」的治安評比指標，讓地方政府有依循標準。

胡志強說，台中市每十萬人全般刑案發生數，今年1月至11月在六都排第2，僅次於桃園縣，治安成績不差；民眾滿意度部分，對於居家附近的滿意度達8成7，但整體治安滿意度只有6成4，可見民眾仍有刻板印象。

胡志強說，中央政府有財政鐘，治安狀況沒有這類指標，可以把各地破獲的毒品案、暴力犯罪案與10萬人全般刑案發生數，再加上民眾滿意度當成4大指標，顯示真實的治安狀況。

他也說，以前治安好不好？都看10萬人全般刑案發生數，如果設立類似的治安指標，不會讓民意感受掩蓋真實狀況，會比較客觀。
