看好 OLED 面板市場，Samsung 將把產能提升 33%

Samsung Display 傳出將在 2014 年提高 OLED 面板的生產量。

根據《電子時報》報導，Samsung Display 在 2014 年將提高 OLED 面板生產量達 33%。雖然目前市場對於 TFT LCD 技術的需求強勁，Samsung 仍相信 OLED 仍舊在技術上領先，並傳出將在智慧型手機和電視上，擴大使用 Samsung Electronics 開發的 OLED 面板。

在 2014 年 OLED 面板的市場價值約為 4 億 5,000 萬美元（約新台幣 134 億零 460 萬元），而在 2013 年 OLED 市場價值為 3 億 5,000 萬美元（約新台幣 104 億 2,580 萬元）。不過市場觀察家認為 OLED 市場在 2014 年需求仍持續疲弱，而 Ultra HD LCD 電視則會引領高階電視區間。

而根據《電子時報》的研究，2013 年第四季 Samsung 5.5 代廠的 OLED 面板月產量約為 14 萬組，比起年產量高出 3 萬組不，而 2014 年第四季將會提升 3 萬 7 千組到達 17 萬 7 千組。
