上任來首場 教宗主持子夜彌撒

（中央社梵蒂岡2013年12月24日綜合外電報導）羅馬天主教教宗方濟各（Pope Francis）今天在梵蒂岡主持上任來首場耶誕子夜彌撒，他特別強調耶穌誕生時，謙遜牧羊人所扮演的角色。

子夜彌撒於聖伯多祿大殿（St Peter's Basilica）舉行，約1萬人擠滿現場，另外尚有數百人在外頭廣場上，透過大螢幕觀禮。

77歲的教宗表示，伯利恆當地的牧羊人是最先見到聖嬰的一群人，「因為他們是來自社會底層的邊緣人」。

出身阿根廷的教宗也呼籲信徒敞開心胸，對抗「邪惡心靈」。

教宗表示：「如果我們封閉內心，沉淪在驕傲、謊言且追逐私利中，就會心生邪念。」（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
