重慶首屆台灣美食文化節將於12月28日在沙坪壩區三峽廣場拉開帷幕，來自台灣8大夜市的50多家商家代表將集中亮相，為山城市民現場烹製蚵仔煎、大腸包小腸、台灣牛肉麵等百餘種正宗「台式」精品美食。

華夏經緯網報導，首屆台灣美食文化節由台灣餐飲小吃發展協會和重慶渝台綜合性經濟合作促進會聯合主辦，參展商全部屬於台灣8大夜市中的「人氣名店」，其中九成商家都是首次到重慶。

台灣美食文化節在三峽廣場進行為期9天的展覽後，還將在渝中區日月光中心、璧山縣等地進行巡展。預計明年上半年，主辦方還將邀請50多家重慶本土特色餐飲企業赴台巡展。
