【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日經新聞援引消息人士報導，，日本軟銀收購美國行動電信商T-Mobile的協商，已經進入最後階段。

消息人士表示，軟銀與T-Mobile母公司－德國電信，已接近達成協議。

報導中指出，軟銀計畫最快在明年春季，使用持有的Sprint股權給付T-Mobile收購案，總交易規模超過190億美元。軟銀的目標是由Sprint買下T-Mobile的多數股權。軟銀在今年早些時候收購美國電信商Sprint八成股權。

多年來，Sprint一直有意與T-Mobile整合，兩家公司高層均曾表示，美國的行動市場必須整併，以建立一個足以與前二大電信商Verizon及AT&T抗衡的對手。專家表示，Sprint和T-Mobile結合，將引來監管機構的審查。
