投訴／iPhone5給錯充電器 一插燒壞

廖姓民眾近日以原廠附贈充電器，要為持有的iPhone5手機充電時，插電後充電器即冒出火花灼燒一角，送修才發現，當初向原廠購入的iPhone5手機，附的竟是iPhone4充電器，要求Apple給交代；議員王浩也批評Apple內部品管很有問題。

Apple客服中心表示，對民眾燒毀充電器，願意以iPhone5規格替換賠償。

廖先生向本報投訴，去年12月25日，上Apple官網購買原廠iPhone5手機，當時手機內盒附上原廠充電器一組。

本月6日，他以該充電器為手機充電時，充電器突然冒火燃燒，打電話至0800客服中心反映，客服要求前往維修中心門市處理；前往門市，又要打0800客服中心解決，往返門市3次，折騰兩周，讓廖先生一度求助無門。

最後廖先生在備齊當初原廠包裝到門市，與門市人員「一起」打0800客服中心電話，才知道原來當初購買的原廠iPhone5手機，竟是配iPhone4充電器。
