美法庭拒絕重考慮監聽電話授權

（中央社台北2013年12月19日電）美國海外情報監聽法庭（Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court）已駁回民權監督團體提出的重新考慮授權美國政府蒐集電話公司電話資料的要求。

法官麥勞克林（Mary McLaughlin）在裁決書中說，國家安全研究中心（Center for National SecurityStudies）「沒有立場去要求重新考慮這項決定。」

麥勞克林也駁回這個設在華府的研究中心提出的政府應將解釋資料蒐集計畫合法性論點的文件解密的要求。這項資料蒐集計畫稱為「大量電話統合資料蒐集」（bulk telephony metadata collection）。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
