港股導航／金融地產 領銜反彈

恆生指數早盤一度跌破23,000點，在金融及地產股反彈帶領下，港股反彈至23,240點，收盤時，恆生指數收在23,143.82點，上漲74.59點，漲幅0.32%，成交金額為港幣520.63億元；恆生分類指數呈現全面上漲，以地產分類表現最佳。

和記黃埔選定銀行籌備屈臣氏上市，股價急升3.3%，收在港幣103.6元，為全日漲幅最大藍籌股，該公司最大股東長江實業也上漲2.12%。

大陸11月70大中城市樓價的按年漲幅達9.9%，為歷來最高的升幅。除溫州外，其餘69個城市樓價均呈現上升，其中以廣州及深圳年升逾20%，領漲全國；一線城市如北京、上海漲幅也達到16.3%及18.2%。

儘管目前中國多個城市已實施限購令等嚴厲樓市調控措施，但樓市仍沒有明顯降溫跡象，不排除未來再有調控措施推出，亦同時透過增加保障性住房建設及管理，從供應面調控樓市。

儘管今年經濟實現了相對穩定增長，但明年中國經濟仍面臨下滑壓力。中國資金面偏緊及滙豐製造業採購經理人指數初值不如預期的情況下，再加上陸股新三板及IPO開啟，預計短期股市將持續整理，不排除人民銀行年底重啟逆回購，改善資金趨緊的狀態。（作者是新光兩岸優勢基金經理人）
