惠譽確認 英保住次高信評

（中央社台北2013年12月19日電）英國保住惠譽國際信用評等公司（Fitch Ratings）授予的次高債信評等，在此之前，英國財政大臣歐斯本（George Osborne）加強承諾削減政府赤字，經濟復甦也增強。

英國的「AA+」信評獲惠譽確認，理由是財政重整有「重大」進展加上銀行體系強度改善。惠譽維持展望為穩定。英國4月喪失惠譽的頂級信評。

惠譽今天在倫敦發出的聲明中表示：「自4月我們上次審查以來，英國經濟復甦已增強。不過，英國從2008年金融海嘯以來的表現仍落後多數同評級國家。」

惠譽預期，英國2014年和2015年經濟成長2.3%，失業率到2015年將跌破7%。惠譽預測，2013-2014會計年度財政赤字占國內生產毛額（GDP）比率，將從2009-2010會計年度的11%降至6%。

惠譽預測，政府債務占GDP比率將在2015-2016會計年度達到頂峰94%，2017年起的會計年度開始降低。

投資人大多已無視主權信評的變化，反映出從依賴信評機構轉向著重內部分析的現象。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
