英國央行周四未讓人意外，決議維持購債計劃不變，亦維持基準利率於記錄低點0.5%不變。

英國基準利率自2009年3月以來，便維持於0.5%。

英國央行貨幣政策委員會維持購買資產--量化寬鬆策略的核心部份--金額於3750億英鎊(6028.9億美元)。

11月會議記錄將於11月20日(周三)公布。

委員會最新經濟預測，將出現在11月13日(周三)發布的通貨膨脹報告中。

央行曾說，目標在維持利率於低點，至少到英國失業率跌破7%，預期要到2016年才可能出現。

然而，在英國公布系列讓人鼓舞的數據後，金融市場擔憂，經濟具體改善，將導致升息，且時間可能在2016年之前。

英國央行在公布利率決議後，並未發布聲明。
