【吳詠平／桃園報導】桃園黃色小鴨終於要展開充氣作業，桃園縣文化局今晚表示，依據氣象局資料，明天中午以後風勢將減緩，預計在明上午十一時開始充氣前置準備，等風況減弱進行浮台吊掛，並視現場天侯狀況達安全許可條件，四級風以下，再進行充氣。【更多其它新聞內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
