擅闖廠區並拍照　男稱蒐證舉報違規仍被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市30歲賴姓男子被控今年6月闖入源森興業公司廠區，並以手機拍攝廠內食品加工過程，涉犯無故侵入他人建築物與妨害秘密兩罪嫌。新北地檢署認為廠區出入口已張貼「閒雜人等非請勿入」告示，賴男未經許可便闖入又任意拍照，依法起訴，最重合併判4年。

源森公司陳姓負責人另經營知名粥品連鎖店「源士林」，兩家公司設在中和同一廠區內。賴男自稱是源士林粥品的加盟商，因認為源森公司的食品加工廠並未取得新北市府合法登記，所以進入廠區拍照蒐證。

不過檢方認為，即使賴男說法屬實，仍應報請主管機關查緝，不該擅闖他人廠區，還未經許可拍攝業者沒同意公開的作業流程。
