習近平權力未穩？傳江澤民、胡錦濤干政

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國國家主席習近平上任後積極打擊貪腐、嚴控媒體與網路輿論，看似一手緊抓黨、政、軍大權，但路透昨獨家揭露，習近平在推動政策、拔擢人才等方面，遭前任領導人江澤民、胡錦濤與黨內保守勢力干涉阻撓，尚未完全鞏固自身權力。
 
路透引述多名中共領導層消息人士報導，習近平因父親曾在文革時期蒙冤，試圖廢除勞教制度，卻遭到黨內保守派的阻撓。在勞教制度下，中國公安無須經法院定罪，即可將疑犯投入勞教場所，強迫勞動、限制人身自由。
       
另一方面，他的前任—胡錦濤與江澤民，透過在黨內安插盟友與親信，現在仍擁有相當大的影響力，甚至對政治與經濟決策握有否決權。據傳，習近平曾推舉張又俠將軍擔任中央軍委副主席，但被江胡否決，他們還推舉自己的親信出任。
