流浪狗疑遭虐　下顎脫臼斷裂

【林海全／台中報導】台中世界聯合保護動物協會，上週五接獲民眾報案，指出在烏日大肚山一處工地，發現一隻黑狗，下顎脫臼、斷裂受傷，造成大量流血且無法進食，疑似遭人虐待，協會人員將牠送醫救治。

向世聯會求救的徐姓男子表示，這隻狗在工地流浪一段時間，個性乖巧，推測應該是遭人持物品、棍棒等攻擊下顎造成受傷，讓平常不會咬人的狗，也出現攻擊現象。世聯會呼籲民眾，請勿虐待或攻擊動物，若有相關行為將會觸犯動物保護法。
