今年全台土地交易　達1192億元

【王筱君／台北報導】商用不動產市場受金八條限制導致交易量減，但土地交易市場熱度不減，據第一太平戴維斯研究部統計，今年1~10月單筆成交金額逾3億元以上的大型土地交易總額達1192億元，較去年同期成長10%，其中建商共搶下850億元交易量，較去年同期大幅增加19%。
 
北市空地難尋加上都更整合進度牛步化，不少建商轉戰其他縣市，重大建設題材區域成獵地熱區。
