屋主惜售　汐止中古屋委售量減5成

【張菱育／台北報導】新北市汐止區中古屋市場委售量較去年減少5成，屋主較惜售，當地人覺得房價漲太兇，對買房較抱持觀望態度。

東森房屋汐止中興加盟店店長蔡明俊表示，汐止地區房價漲，屋主較惜售，目前市場委售量較去年減少一半，雖然價格還是在緩漲，當地人因高房價買不下去，買方較抱持觀望，有當地民眾賣掉市區總價1100萬元的中古大樓，改買到較郊區的700萬元小透天，以交通換取更大居住空間。另外，汐止新舊屋價差小，中古大樓每坪30~35萬元，新成屋每坪36~37萬元。
