國碩15億聯貸明簽約　資金將用於擴產

【高佳菁／台北報導】國碩（2406）明將與聯貸銀行團簽訂15億元聯貸案，國碩副總李朝欽表示，15億資金主要是用於擴廠，由於目訂矽晶訂單已接到明年第1季，目前產能約700MW（MegaWatt，百萬瓦），擴廠後希望產能可提高到1GW（Giga Watt，10億瓦），另也將擴大徵才，預計增加500位以上員工。
 
李朝欽指出，國碩此次聯貸是自去年太陽能景氣落底翻揚以來，首家獲得國內銀行通過籌組完成之聯貸案，在近期可轉換債及可轉換債可望陸續轉換下，將可降低負債比至30%左右，較台灣及大陸同業普遍在60~80%間，擁有長期穩健結構，及較低資金成本，明年獲利展望將可望領先同業，且在資金充沛下，不排除進一步擴充矽晶片的版圖。
