【鄒雯涵／台北報導】今天是「立冬」日，AGE負責人李昭穎表示，今日立冬時間為15：45，從此時至11月22日下一節氣來臨前，居家、辦公室在正東方、正南方及西北方等3方位布局，可帶來好運，建議增加紅色或暖色擺飾，如布偶、紅墊等，可幫助提升運勢。
 
國曆11月7~8日為立冬，代表正式進入冬天，因此也有「補冬」習俗，李昭穎建議可選擇枸杞、紅棗、紅豆等湯品補血、養氣神，但切記須以熱食為主，才可達到「進補」效果。
