看到這篇整個辛酸QQ 當初在等GG offer 因為家在高雄就先去神教打工 底薪是26.5k+5k(伙食+激怒獎金) 其他的都如原PO所說 ((不過我只待一個月 所以沒領過加班費= = 後來拿到U設備的offer 離職前跟副廠面談 表達因為薪資和發展想要離職 副廠說他不能理解因為薪資因素想離職 因為神教給的不輸U 而且fab壓力比較大 當初覺得根本匪夷所思 人家U是在園區的大公司 哪是加工區的公司可以比的 直至今日 看到原PO文章 又仔細的把薪資算了一次 扣除勞健保/伙食/勞退金 等等 一年下來被神教海放一個級距 每月28天算下來 U常日班計算 每日工時11hrs 每月220hrs 神教四二輪 做三休一工時12hrs 每月252hrs 每月相差32hrs 一年差16days 神教80w up扣除勞健保等費用 假設是75w 粗算下來這多出來的每一天 日薪是NTD 6000 說了這麼多 當初因為對公司的印象 選擇離職 現在看來在製程前段的公司 操得多 學的也多 但錢沒有比較多 尤其又是高雄人在扣除每個月的房租5k 如果以薪資唯一考量 真的是不如待在神教... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.117.174.59
