 【陳雍仁／綜合報導】上季闖進東區決賽的溜馬，開季維持強勢，今早主場迎戰勁敵公牛，看板球星喬治(Paul George)攻下全隊最高21分，另有6籃板、3助攻，率隊以97比80大勝，風光拿下開季5連勝，是本季至今唯一不敗球隊。
 
溜馬其餘戰將也有突出表現，史蒂芬森(Lance Stephenson)15分、5籃板、4助攻，威斯特(David West)17分、13籃板、3抄截、1阻攻，中鋒席柏特(Roy Hibbert)再搧出5記麻辣鍋，開季5戰已有26記阻攻，高居聯盟阻攻榜第1。
 
反觀公牛，當家控衛羅斯(Derrick Rose)仍陷低潮，全場15投6中，僅17分、2助攻，無力率隊扭轉戰局，此戰輸球後，公牛開季戰績淪為1勝3敗。
