黃世銘缺席立法院司委會，引起藍綠立委程序發言，討論該怎麼處理黃世銘？立委賴士葆質詢法務部羅瑩雪，黃世銘缺席的原因。

法務部長羅瑩雪答覆，昨晚法務部備妥資料送立法院，曾問最高檢，才知道最高檢沒有資料提供，因為有些資料已提供監察院。她說: 「黃總長跟我討論，獨立機關就個案去調個案的資料，是否違憲。」因此不能提供。賴士葆要求羅瑩雪，馬上請黃世銘就這一點到立法院做說明。

林鴻池指出，要求黃世銘列席就是要他說明，為何不能提供那些資料不能提供，應提出具體理由說明。例如，有些在監察院，有些可能違憲。

呂學樟認為，黃世銘說不來就來，眼中沒有妳（羅瑩雪），沒有把妳放在眼裏。羅瑩雪說:「 我會和他溝通。」

上午十時十分，司委會主席吳宣臻裁示，休息十分鐘，等法務部通知黃世銘到場說明。
