日本知名特攝影集〈超級戰隊〉系列曾推出一部〈鳥人戰隊噴射人〉，戲中戰隊英雄可憑身上一對翅膀在天空翱翔，現實中已經有人辦到。

他是知名的飛行人Yves Rossy，成功以自製的噴射飛行裝置，猶如掛載一對翅膀翱翔天際，他已經成功在大峽谷、英吉利海峽與里約熱內爐完成飛行紀錄。

這個月初，他來到〈鳥人戰隊〉的故鄉日本，完成飛行富士山的紀錄。

現年54歲的Rossy曾在瑞士空軍服役，當過瑞士航空客機駕駛，他自製的碳纖維材質定翼裝置有4個噴射引擎，讓他得以在天空中推進。

2008年他首度嘗試飛行，2009年挑戰飛過直布羅陀海峽，結果因天候因素在飛行時墜海。
