台商被告發為馬賄選　台聯籲檢調速查

【林修卉╱台北報導】台聯黨主席黃昆輝今指出，台企聯總會長郭山輝被人告發在2012年總統選舉時，擔任「 馬吳競選總部大陸台商後援總會」總會長，涉嫌提供低於市價3成至4成的優惠機票給中國台商、台籍員工及家屬登記回台投票，此為不正當利益，有賄選之嫌，而郭山輝此刻正在台灣，他呼籲檢調單位，儘速要求郭山輝到案說明。

黃昆輝說，中國台商協會會長先是登廣告，接著又集體回台灣「推銷」服貿，這是早就預料得到，這些台商協會、台企聯總會會長都要中共欽點同意才行，他們的言行反而比較像是中國政府的代表，「這些人講的話還可信嗎？」
