今天電話應徵一份長期派遣的作業員的工作我問他要不要簽六個月還是一年的約他就說不用我們是長期派遣所以明天簽約後下禮拜一就打算去上班了但事後聽不太懂他的意思是指長期派遣都不用簽要做多久的約嗎?? 去過幾間派遣公司都說要簽六個月還是一年因為明年3月還月中左右想上政府開的一些課(時間還未公布) 也怕我做了不適合所以不想簽那麼長時間更擔心做不滿要賠違約金所以打去勞工局問了一下她說我不懂你說的長期派遣簽約是什麼意思如果要簽約之前就先跟公司互相商量好再簽喔再詢問違約金的部分他還是說我不知道你的具體問題是甚麼這部分可能要看你跟公司的合約怎麼訂吧而且那位小姐一直用很不耐煩還有我很笨的口氣跟我講話雖然我真的對派遣工作不清楚但我覺得她自己也不是很清楚..態度又很差.. 就是不懂才打電話問的阿> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.13.237 ※ 編輯: min615 來自: 220.129.13.237 (10/31 17:23)
