市售蛋品的動物用藥殘留　1成不合格

【張博亭／台北報導】北市衛生局9月抽驗市售生雞蛋、皮蛋、鹹蛋、液蛋，共20件，驗出有1件鹹蛋及1件液蛋含動物用藥氟甲磺氯黴素，不合格率10%。衛生局表示，氟甲磺氯黴素是核准的動物用藥，但未核准使用於產蛋中家禽，已令販售業者將該批不符規定蛋品下架，交由地方衛生局及農業機關追查畜養供應來源。

衛生局此次抽驗產品來源為百貨公司、雜貨店等地。衛生局表示，這2件含動物用藥的鹹蛋與液蛋，鹹蛋檢出氟甲磺氯黴素0.0004ppm；液蛋則檢出氟甲磺氯黴素0.013ppm。衛生局指出，蛋品檢出動物用藥殘留不符規定，已違反《食品衛生管理法》，除應沒入銷毀外，另可罰業者6萬至1500萬元罰鍰。
