中古屋10月買氣回升1成　雙北市率先加溫

【張菱育／台北報導】房市邁入第4季的傳統旺季，根據信義房屋統計內部成交資料，10月房市交易量大致較9月增加1成，其中房價水準較高的雙北市，房市交易率先加溫，交易量較9月明顯增加16%~18%，反觀房價平均水準在20萬元內的區域，如桃園、新竹、台中等地，房市表現大致較上月持平。

信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德指出，10月份感受到市場上的買氣並未出現暴增，不過現在市場上的買方有個特性，就是「需求明確、參考實價」，若是遇到條件不錯，價格接近實價的待售房屋，成交速度相對快速。
