陳為廷等7人完成警訊筆錄　檢方下月開庭

【吳傑沐／苗栗報導】清大學生陳為廷等6名學生及大埔巡守隊隊長林一方，因「816音樂會變調蛋洗縣府」、「914人民不服從 人民傳喚劉政鴻」及「918對劉政鴻砸鞋」等三案，涉及妨害公務、秩序及公然侮辱罪嫌，因7人被警方傳喚均未到案，今到苗栗地檢署應訊，先補做警方筆錄，因律師有其它庭要開，改11月11日再由檢察官複訊。
 
7人在警訊過程，均表示抗議行動純粹是抗議苗栗縣政府強拆大埔4 戶，展現公民不服從的意志。
