面膜含類固醇害發炎　高院判百貨免賠

百貨公司的知名面膜內含類固醇，竟導致女子使用後皮膚發炎無法外出曬太陽，只能當個夜行者！女子憤而向業者求償醫藥費164萬，高院今(31)日改判免賠償。

根據蘋果日報指出，一名女子8年前在新光三越台北站前店購買了20盒知名面膜，花費3萬6千元，但沒想到面膜裡竟含有類固醇，導致她使用後皮膚產生色素沉澱、泛紅等現象，無法外出接觸太陽。

媒體指出，這名女子是前外交官夫人，8年前聽信百貨銷售員聲稱一款薰衣草面膜為百分百純天然有機商品，沒想到使用後臉部卻罹患慢性刺激性皮膚炎，憤而提告求償，一審認定業者未對商品把關，判賠女子84萬元。

新光三越上訴後，高院查出該名女子2005年在高島屋也購買同樣面膜，可是送驗的面膜外包裝卻是2006年才製造，因此法官認為女子無法證明出問題的面膜是在新光三越所購買，判百貨公司免賠償醫藥費，全案還可上訴。
