【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】源自美國紐約的寵物瑜珈（doga）最近在英國也很受歡迎，不少飼主帶著愛犬報名上課，人狗一起伸展紓壓，瑜珈教師宣稱，在練習某些姿勢時，主人可高舉小狗時順便鍛鍊肌肉，至於大型狗則可學習跟主人一同調節呼吸吐納，跟心愛的狗狗一起做瑜珈，能讓人、狗都更開心。
