【曾佳俊╱新北報導】新北市府規劃引進台北市Youbike系統建置公用自行車租借站，宣稱年底可試辦通車，不過至今用地還未確定，也沒招標，市議員昨質詢時直批市府延宕，且新北市Newbike廠商沒Youbike系統專利，仍有相容問題，市長朱立倫答詢承諾，一定趕在年底前至少有一站啟用，Newbike轉換成Youbike系統也勢在必行。

新北市公共自行車租借系統Newbike與台北市Youbike系統不相容，民眾雙北騎單車無法「甲地借、乙地還」相當不便，交通局另規劃於汐止、新店兩地，設置與Youbike系統相容的公共自行車租借站，今年五月釋出消息宣稱年底通車，不過現在連站體影子都沒有。
市議員沈發惠昨質詢說，新店、汐止兩地公用租借站用地還沒決定，也沒招標，且Youbike鎖頭是專利，只能跟單一廠商簽約，另外Newbike為配合Youbike系統，勢必砍掉重練。
朱立倫答詢承諾，與Youbike系統結合的第一個公共自行車租借站，一定在年底運轉，Newbike第二期計劃將與Youbike系統結合，方便民眾兩邊租借。
