Fed維持寬鬆　QE每月購債額度不變

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）公布聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open Market Committee，FOMC）會後聲明，決議維持每月購債額度850億美元不變，基準利率也維持在歷史低點0~0.25%。
 
Fed主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）上半年曾預告，外稱QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）的印鈔救市措施，可能會在今年內啟動退場，開始逐步縮減每月購債規模。
 
然而Fed繼9月意外未減碼購債額度，此次又維持不變，市場預期先前財政僵局打亂美國經濟復甦步伐，Fed每月將持續購入房貸抵押證券（MBS）400億美元、美國公債450億美元，即現行每月合計850億美元，直到2014年3月才會啟動減碼，而超低利率政策則將延至2015年4月以後才會退場，逐步調升回到中性水準。
