保加利亞太空研究協會的研究人員指出，當前他們正在破譯外星人發送給他們的一組複雜符號。同時，外星人正在回答由保加利亞政府提出的30個問題。保加利亞科學院太空研究協會副主管拉徹扎爾‧菲利普維（Lachezar Filipov）證實了目前與外星人進行的研究專案。

據天津網報導，菲利普維帶領的研究小組已分析了全球150個麥田怪圈，他們認為麥田怪圈是生活在地球上的外星人向外太空發送的資訊和問題回答。

菲利普維說，『目前外星人就與我們生活在一起，並且他們時刻都在密切地關注著我們。他們對人類並沒有敵意，並且希望幫助我們，然而我們的科學技術並不完善健全，未能直接與他們建立溝通關係。』他的觀點認為，除了進行思想之間的溝通之外，人類與外星人並不能透過無線電波建立聯繫方式。預計在未來10～15年內，人類的科學技術提高將實現與外星人的直接聯繫。


保加利亞的科學家認為麥田怪圈是外星人向外太空發出的資訊和問題答案。
