最近主管丟給我們一人一張保密條款，由於我們公司屬於下包公司，上游大公司(稱A公司)好像要求我們簽一張保密條款(主管突然拿出來)，內容大約是不可以洩漏A公司提供的資料(這其實還OK)，但是前輩表示他幹那麼久(3~4年)從來沒簽過這種東西而且內容有一項是智慧財產權的條約，不能用盜版軟體之類的我們是小公司，所以...你懂得(被查到我就完了) 上面的罰金還蠻驚人的而且A公司算是國內知名大公司，如果簽下去，我怕會有很多麻煩最近為了要如何才能避開傷透腦筋請問有大大有相同經歷嗎? 感恩~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.60.22
