大家好 今天車停在公有私營的地下停車場，我的車停著的，對方停車不慎撞上我成一個窟窿 請警察來，兩造都有去警局做紀錄了(聽警察說是私有道路所以不叫筆錄) 對方表示會請保險公司出險賠我 可是我印象中這種情況保險公司不是也不會賠嗎?又或者乙式還丙式的險會賠嗎? 對方的車不像會保甲式的...看起來也不富裕，不知道維修後我該找誰=_= 如果對方保險公司不賠..對方也不賠..警方也說這不是公共道路也不受理..我該怎辦?直 接打民事嗎=_= 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 148.177.234.7
