毒棉籽油大統用4成　6成竄食品廠

【方翊倩／綜合報導】大統長基食品公司用劣質棉籽油混充高價油販售，恐含具生殖毒性的棉酚。衛生福利部食品藥物管理署統計去年迄今，台灣進口逾7600噸棉籽油，大統就佔4成，另6成流向食品廠。

《蘋果》報導，食藥署區管中心主任潘志寬昨說，國內並沒禁用棉籽油，大統去年迄今進口逾3千噸棉籽油、佔進口總量近4成，餘6成流向食品廠；周五前各地衛生局除清查全台163家油脂工廠標示、製程外，有進口棉籽油的食品廠也是稽查重點。有食用油業者指出，不排除其他6成棉籽油恐流到不知名業者手上，經調和後賣到夜市、自助餐、小吃店。專家批衛福部長期縱容業者，沒定期抽查，「太離譜。」
