歐巴馬健保　網站上線問題多

【張翠蘭／綜合外電報導】美國政府因應總統歐巴馬推行全民健保改革法而設的健保網站，本月1日正式上線，截至上周六已近50萬人申請登記欲選購合適的保險計劃，然而網站問題多，數百萬人光要完成申請就困難重重，怨聲載道，也讓歐巴馬顏面無光。

有線電視新聞網（CNN）調侃，歐巴馬投注大量時間與政治成本推行歐巴馬健保法，去年6月獲最高法院裁決合憲、屢屢挺過兩黨政治鬥爭及近日驚險落幕的政府關門內耗，如今卻不敵新站上線出包的打擊，看來歐巴馬幕僚要加打把勁才行。用戶光是想在網站申請登記就困難重重，CNN記者實測，花了超過一周才成功申請帳號和密碼，但想再登入時卻一直失敗，將近兩周後才順利登入。

官員稱是因大批人湧入網站，造成流量負載過重，政府團隊正日夜搶修。官員上周六表示，自網站開辦以來，造訪人次超過1900萬，已逾47萬6000人申請登記，但官方要下月中旬才會公布註冊成功人數。
