標題[問題] 不打卡的公司好嗎？

我覺得有打卡感覺比較好的樣子？不打卡是不是對員工沒有保障呢？待過一家公司，遲到五分之後就扣錢了也待過一家都不用打卡的公司不過薪水蠻少就是了也待過一家要打卡可是可以補時數的公司遲到沒關係，補回來就可以了所以想請教大家，一般打卡制度，如果有按時到班，對員工是好還是壞呢？有可能因為員工不打卡，而規避掉什麼責任之類的嗎？請多指教，謝謝～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.220.22
