台灣首見　麵包大師同名麵粉今上市

【黃翎翔／台北報導】曾擔任世界麵包大賽台灣選手教練的野上智寬，是國內知名烘焙大師，其手藝倍受推崇，旗下野上麵包甚至有秒殺麵包店之稱，是烘焙業指標之一。日本大陽製粉廠今(26)日還將發表一款專為野上智寬量身訂做的麵粉Melanger，這也是台灣首次以師傅命名的麵粉。

這款麵粉混合了4種麥種，包含日本九州所生產的麥種，並以石臼研磨，包留了麥子天然氣味，因蛋白質含量比一般歐包專用麵粉低，因此更講究操作性。
