為216元物品解雇員工　法院判台化需給薪

【詹智淵／彰化報導】林姓男子在台化公司任職長達19年，去年12月5日，因將公司發放、用剩的12個手套及60個口罩（價值約216元）放入背包帶回家，被公司以涉嫌竊盜，違反「出入廠管理規則」及「工作規則」為由解雇。林男不服提告，彰化地院今判決解雇無效，台化需給付工資至林員復職為止。

法官調查，檢方日前才將林男不起訴處分，且認為林男違反出入廠管理規則，情節係屬輕微，難認對台化有重大危害，客觀上有其它方法處罰，台化未經預告逕以免職，不符比例原則。
