響應此活動,主要藜麥產地之一的秘魯,邀請當地藍帶名廚María Rosa Vásquez Chavez來台推廣藜麥料理,並與台北的非零餐廳合作推出清檸漬生鮮海鱸、雞肉馬鈴薯泥、藜麥水果沙拉、藜麥慕斯等4道饒富祕魯風情的經典料理。
9/28(六)下午2點半,還將在餐廳舉辦免費烹飪教室,屆時將由María Rosa Vásquez Chavez將現場指導藜麥鮮菇沙拉、藜麥鮪魚燉飯、藜麥沙巴雍、藜麥雞尾酒以及藜麥奶昔等菜色。
