葉門男強盜罪成判截肢　特赦組織求情

【綜合報導】葉門首都薩納(Sanaa)法院，前天(15日)判處一名男子強盜罪成，根據當地伊斯蘭律法，他將被截去右手與左腳，擇日行刑。但這個消息被當地國際特赦組織得知，連忙發表聲明，要求葉門政府撤回這個判決，因為「太過殘忍」。

國際特赦組織在聲明中強調，在國際法的範圍內，「截肢」是非常殘酷的懲罰，並對受刑人製造極大的折磨，伊斯蘭教的法律中有許多刑責都太過殘忍，希望葉門政府能廢除這種野蠻的行為。
