1.事實發生日:102/09/17

2.公司名稱:大台北商業銀行股份有限公司

3.與公司關係(請輸入本公司或聯屬公司):本公司

4.相互持股比例(若前項為本公司，請填不適用):本公司

5.發生緣由:(1)本公司於102年6月18日股東會基於本行經營區域擴大

及最高法院102年度臺上字第769號判決本行不得以「大台北」為公

司名稱，決議本公司更名為「瑞興商業銀行股份有限公司」，業奉

經濟部102年7月30日經授商字第10201155490號函核准，本公司名稱由

大台北商業銀行股份有限公司更名為「瑞興商業銀行股份有限公司」。

(2)本公司更名待向金融監督管理委員會申請換發營業執照後，另訂

更名基準日並公告之。

(3)本公司更名後，股票代碼「5863」不變，原「大台北銀行」簡稱

更改為「瑞興銀行」。
