立法院長王金平涉司法關說案，國會議論王可能因此被拔掉院長寶座。民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今晚說，若馬總統真用此惡劣方式拔掉王金平院長位置，這對民主憲政是很大的迫害，令人無法接受，黨團將考慮對馬宣戰，不排除走上街頭，至於院長改選，「現階段還未思考要不要奉陪」。
