港務局前副處長圖利包商　涉貪汙罪遭起訴

【陳偉周／基隆報導】前基隆港務局港工處長王建中、工務所主任陳華雄與工程師蔡文富等3人，涉嫌在2005年起的基隆港東防波堤延伸工程中，三人監工「放水」，工地會勘時，見工人隨意傾倒消波塊進海，視落無睹不制止外，更讓包商溢領80多萬元。
 
王建中等3人明知得標廠商不符標案資格，竟借用他人名義參與投標，監造工程狀況不符原設計目的，非但沒依職權終止合約，甚至在2006至2011年間，陸續核撥3千8百萬元建造費，明顯圖利包商。4日全案偵結，將王建中等3人依違反貪汙治罪條例等罪嫌起訴。
