靜脈曲張致腳傷久不癒　微創雷射成功根治

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】彰化66歲園藝老婦，常要久站或久蹲植樹鋤草，三年前不知為何右小腿潰爛，到處求醫都無法上傷口癒合，甚至併發蜂窩性組織炎，後來找台中陳建彰心血管專科診所，才發現老婦原來早有嚴重靜脈曲張，經過局部麻醉以微創雷射手術熱量關閉血液逆流的靜脈，讓腿部靜脈血液從其他側枝血管順利回流到心臟，才讓不斷受靜脈逆流衝擊的右腳踝傷口逐漸癒合。陳建彰醫師提醒，久站或久坐都可能造成靜脈曲張，40歲以上民眾有三分之一民眾，久站十分鐘後會出現嚴重程度不一的腫脹、酸痛等靜脈曲張症狀，提醒民眾發現後及早接受診斷與治療，才不會受苦。
