推手涉關說 生技股重挫

（中央社記者羅秀文台北9日電）立法院長王金平涉入司法關說，市場憂心王金平大力推動的生技業後續發展恐受到影響，衝擊類股重挫逾3%，智擎、基亞等多檔個股盤中都打到跌停。

王金平身兼生技醫療科技政策研究中心(生策中心)董事長，大力推動生技醫療產業發展。2日與行政院長江宜樺聯袂出席「2013生醫產業總評記者會」，說明33項政策執行進度，並發表生醫產業營運績效、新藥研發能量調查。

王金平會後接受媒體採訪表示，第 2類醫材納入生技條例獎勵範圍，已取得共識，預計9月開議的第4會期內將可三讀通過。

如今王金平涉入司法關說，可能面臨停權甚至開除黨籍的處分，喪失立委資格與立法院長身分，生技業後續發展恐受到影響，衝擊類股重挫。

盤中包括台微體(4152)、智擎、基亞、醣聯(4168)、友華(4120)等多檔新藥公司都打到跌停，分別來到338、244、186.5、136.5及101.5元。二類醫材股邦特紅電醫盤中也重挫至跌停價位，來到55、15.1元；鐿鈦、泰博、太醫盤中跌幅也達6.5%、6%及5.9%。1020909
