下班時間大家都做什麼來放鬆呢？綜觀過去兩三年我發現我養成了一種習慣就是「下班一定要安排活動」，否則就不覺得自己有放鬆換句話說，如果下班直接回家，我會有「悶在家好無聊」的感覺甚至會覺得「都沒放鬆到」、「光陰虛渡」（我一個人住，養2隻貓）下班我想做的事情包羅萬象有娛樂性質的如跟友人出遊、唱歌、吃飯、打麻將、看電影約會等等但是娛樂活動總不可能天天做所以我也會在下班之後去上自己喜歡的課（絕大部份都是語言類）例如今天晚上我就要開始新一輪的課程（星期一三上日文、星期二四上英文）我好像得了沒把晚上的時間排滿就不覺得有休息到的病@@ 如果下班後沒做點什麼只是回家睡覺的話內心就會一直覺得「好像才剛下班又要上班了」大家也都會這樣嗎？我偶爾也會在家整晚看書、看影集、看電視等等但是頻率一個禮拜不可超過一天最理想頻率大概是2個禮拜一天 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.82.244.227
