蔡英文將邀辜朝明演講

小英教育基金會將邀請日本安倍首相的經濟顧問、日本野村證券總合研究所首席經濟學家辜朝明，在8月30日下午2時30分舉辦專題演講及座談，主題為「安倍經濟學的挑戰」。

辜朝明是台獨大老辜寬敏之子，生長於日本，並在美國約翰‧霍普金斯大學取得經濟學博士。

小英基金會執行長林全說，日本首相安倍提出「3支箭」經濟政策，包括貨幣寬鬆、財政政策及刺激國內經濟。各國都在觀察政策成效，日本經濟在新的全球經濟秩序中是否可能谷底攀升？這3枝箭是否能發揮射中靶心的綜效？屆時辜朝明將發表觀點。
