101垃圾櫃設計有誤　廠商傷下巴判賠68萬

【丁牧群／台北報導】一家垃圾清運公司陳姓總經理，2005年與台北101大樓簽約清運垃圾，該年9月9日陳男開車把101大樓垃圾櫃拖到北投焚化場，當他將車斗中的垃圾櫃升高、傾倒時，因垃圾櫃太重，突然滑落焚化爐中，車體跟著劇烈跳動，害陳男下巴撞上方向盤骨折，經過4次手術，牙齒才能咬合。
 
陳男認為101的垃圾櫃設計錯誤，導致車子後重前輕，害他受傷，怒告101求償1300餘萬元。101則辯稱垃圾櫃由知名外商製造，安全無虞，是陳男操作失誤，101無須賠償。高等法院將垃圾櫃由專家測試，認定垃圾櫃滿載時，會使車子超重，設計有誤，安全性堪慮，今判101須賠償陳男新台幣68萬餘元。陳男可上訴，101不得上訴。
