受到康芮颱風影響，全台各地在今(28)日下午都出現降雨，高雄市林園目前累積雨量為133.0 mm、台南市大內為110.5 mm。氣象局持續發布海上陸上颱風警報，隨著颱風逐漸北移近台，入夜雨勢會相當可觀。

輕颱康芮在今(28)日17時中心位置北緯22.0度，東經122.7度，即在鵝鑾鼻的東方約180公里海面上，以每小時16公里速度，向北進行。7級風暴風半徑120公里，10級風暴風半徑－公里。近中心最大風速每秒25公尺(約每小時90公里)，相當於10級風；瞬間最大陣風：每秒33公尺(約每小時119公里)，相當於12級風。

暴風圈已進入台灣東南部近海，對台灣東半部及中部以北陸地構成威脅。預計此颱風強度有持續增強且暴風範圍有擴大的趨勢。警戒區域及事項：陸上：台東（含蘭嶼、綠島）、花蓮、宜蘭、新北、台北、基隆、桃園、新竹、苗栗、台中、南投地區應嚴加戒備。海上：巴士海峽、台灣東南部海面、台灣東北部海面及臺灣北部海面航行及作業船隻請嚴加戒備。

台灣西南部、恆春半島、東半部沿海及綠島、蘭嶼有長浪出現，前往海邊活動請特別注意；台灣沿海地區亦將有較強陣風，請注意。

另外，氣象局也持續發布豪雨特報指出，颱風及其外圍環流影響，今日下午至明日南部地區及中部山區有大豪雨或超大豪雨，中部地區及宜蘭山區、台東山區有豪雨或大豪雨，北部地區及宜蘭、花蓮、台東地區有大雨或豪雨，澎湖地區有大雨發生的機率，請注意坍方、落石、土石流及溪水暴漲，低窪地區請慎防淹水。超大豪雨：屏東縣、高雄市、台南市、嘉義縣、雲林縣、南投縣、台中市。
大豪雨：宜蘭縣、台東縣、嘉義市。
